
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beans, trimmed
- 1-2 T. olive oil
- 1 1/2 t. fresh lemon zest
- 1/3 c. hazelnuts, toasted until golden, chopped fine
Instructions
Step 1
Cook beans until just tender. Drain.
Step 2
Toss in lg. bowl while still hot with other ingredients.
Step 3
May be made a day ahead & chilled, covered. Reheat in microwave.
