Ingredients

  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3-4 T water

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 3502. Place asparagus in 2 layers in covered casserole.
Step 2
Season with salt & pepper.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Add 3-4 T. H2O.
Step 5
Cover tightly (i.e. layer of foil & then cover).
Step 6
Bake 30-40 min.
Step 7
4002 oven - 1 lb. asp.; 2 T extra virgin o. oil salt + pepper - Coat asp. w/ oil, s. & p. - 1/layer in pan. Cover w/ foil. 16 min. Remove foil 10 min.
