- 1 yellow squash (cut into bit size pieces)
- 1 sweet red pepper (bit size pieces)
- 1 yellow pepper (bit size pieces)
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 2 portabello mushrooms (cut into strips)
- 1 lg onion (bite size pieces)
- 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
