  • 1 yellow squash (cut into bit size pieces)
  • 1 sweet red pepper (bit size pieces)
  • 1 yellow pepper (bit size pieces)
  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 2 portabello mushrooms (cut into strips)
  • 1 lg onion (bite size pieces)
  • 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
