
Ingredients
- 3 large or 6 small zucchini squash
- 2 T. oil
- 1 t. slat
- 1 1/2 t. pepper
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 T. flour
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese
Instructions
Step 1
peel and dice squash.
Step 2
Pour oil in a heavy saucepan and add the squash.
Step 3
Sprinkle with
