
Ingredients
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 3 T. oleo
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 t. salt
- pepper or nutmeg to taste
- 1 One unbaked 8" pie shell
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the onions in the butter until tender.
Step 2
Put in pie shell.
Step 3
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the onions.
Step 4
Bake at 425º until firm (20-25 min.).
